Civil (Injunction, Damages or an account of profits, destruction or erasure) and Criminal (Raids, Seizure, Destruction, Penalties) Remedies can be sought by filing Litigation before the Courts. Whereas, administrative (Removal, Cancellation) remedies are mostly in the hands of the trademark Registrar, with some exceptions to the power of the High Court in Bangladesh. On the other hand, Customs actions should be sought before the Customs Authority under the National Board of Revenue.
